Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a Digital Delivery Specialist (BIM) in London for a hybrid role with 3 days in office. The contract is 6 months with potential to go permanent.

You will coordinate BIM across disciplines, maintain the BEP, and ensure quality and timely delivery of BIM services on the project. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ BIM experience in construction-related fields, strong knowledge of ACC, REVIT, NAVIS, and ISO19650, and excellent leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in architecture, engineering, consulting or construction.
• Understanding of ISO19650 standards and project delivery methods.
• Experience integrating multiple BIM models across software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) with stakeholders.
• Implement BIM methodology per project requirements and ISO19650.
• Regularly review model quality and BIM compliance.
• Produce BIM quality and status reports from BIM data transfers.
• Coordinate BIM meetings and manage model coordination across disciplines.
• Lead training and organize BIM meetings and test runs.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM services and maintain coordination space within ACC.
