• Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience leading BIM/CAD teams.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of QA and project standards.
• Ability to manage recruitment and CPD training.

Responsabilités

• Organise and lead regular BIM/CAD team meetings and plan workloads.
• Report on BIM implementation status and provide forward-looking forecasts.
• Develop upgrade, deployment, and workflow strategies for BIM adoption and standards.
• Create implementation plans and demonstrate BIM success against goals.
• Maintain high competency in BIM tools and ensure ongoing training.
