Beeby Anderson Recruitment seeks a talented BIM Coordinator to join the London BIM team. You will provide 3D modelling for complex building services on prestigious high-rise developments and help deliver CAD deliverables in line with BIM standards.

The role requires experience in Building Services, strong familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Navisworks, and clear English communication with clients and team members. Solibri experience would be advantageous for project coordination.

Formación

• Experience in Building Services Engineering environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Produce CAD deliverables to BIM standards.
• Create drawings and schedules per standards.
• Coordinate with team leaders, PMs and engineers.
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members.
