Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the digital delivery of large infrastructure design projects. You will assist the Lead BIM Manager with coordination, platform management and engagement across active projects in the programme.

The role requires experience with BIM coordination, ISO 19650 and clash detection, along with strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with multiple delivery partners. A hybrid work model and continuous development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IM, Engineering, Architecture or IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with BIM authoring and federation tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto).
• Demonstrable experience in BIM coordination on major infrastructure programmes.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management framework and its application on live projects.
• Experience facilitating clash detection and model coordination.
• Ability to check model outputs for compliance.
• Strong organisational skills — track actions, dashboards and progress reports.
• Clear and direct communicator; liaising across multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Administer the project’s Common Data Environment per ISO19650 workflows.
• Configure and manage user permissions and workflow rules in the CDE.
• Support federated model coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate BIM Working Group sessions.
• Produce progress reports on information delivery against milestones.
• Maintain the Coordination Maturity Tracker and provide insights to Lead BIM Manager.
