Responsibilities

• Write and edit bid responses that present information clearly and meet submission requirements.
• Review tender briefs and gather the relevant details needed for each proposal.
• Work with colleagues across Marketing & Agency to shape accurate bid content.
• Plan bid deadlines and maintain progress across several live submissions.
• Create consistent proposal documents that follow branding and formatting standards.
• Proofread bid materials to improve clarity, grammar and presentation.
• Maintain a library of approved content, case studies and supporting documents.
