Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a BI Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The role is hybrid, offering exposure to data integration projects for investment and financial services clients.

You will design, develop, and support data solutions using SQL Server, ETL pipelines, and dimensional modelling. The ideal candidate has strong SQL Server/T-SQL skills, experience with data warehousing, DAX, and familiarity with Azure data services.

Qualifications

• Experience building ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
• Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, and data modelling.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling is essential.
• Familiarity with DAX, Azure data services, and Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data solutions for client projects.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
• Create and optimize semantic and tabular data models.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
