Tomorrow's Guides is seeking a BI Developer / BI Analyst to support marketing and web analytics for carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk and daynurseries.co.uk. You will own end-to-end analytics from data extraction to visualisation, delivering insights for senior stakeholders.
The role requires 5+ years of UK-based analytical experience with DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark, plus strong communication, initiative and attention to detail. Three days per week in Hungerford offices.

We're looking for a BI Developer / BI Analyst to support our marketing and web analytics, someone with extensive experience handling complex datasets to get to the insights.
You'll be an end-to-end practitioner, comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions that span upstream ETL operations right through to the visualisation and reporting layer.
You'll be building KPI reports but also moving beyond dashboard delivery to answering business questions and partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical solutions.
Essential:
Demonstrable expertise in our three core coding domains: DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark.
A history of successful analytical projects involving complicated databases, fetching in new data, and implementing complex business logic
Strong capability in ad hoc analysis, with a focus on answering real business questions beyond dashboard delivery
Communication skills, consultative skills
Lots of initiative, with a proactive bias to action, and a strong attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, our primary analytical platform
Experience with LLM / AI projects
Presentation skills
The candidate will likely have more than 5 years experience in specifically analytical, UK-based roles. Please note, this role requires 3 days a week in our office in Hungerford, West Berkshire.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: circa £60k, dependent on experience
