Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a leading organisation in Belfast to appoint a CLM/Procurement Systems Analyst for a major Workday transformation covering sourcing, contracts and AI-enabled review.

You will shape configuration during implementation, oversee data migration and training, and then own the platform post go-live, including security, releases and continuous improvement in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an enterprise system implementation.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, legal or contract-management processes.
• Strong understanding of contract-lifecycle or source-to-contract processes.
• Experience supporting testing, training and go-live activities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• During implementation, translate business requirements into system-configuration requirements.
• Work with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and an external implementation partner.
• Support contract and document migration.
• Define and maintain contract metadata and taxonomy standards.
• Cleanse, enrich and validate contract data.
• Support configuration and validation of AI-enabled contract models.
• Execute system testing and coordinate defect resolution.
• Assist with training, deployment and go-live activities.
