Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with most work remote and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive progress while upholding ethical standards. Candidates should have a Master's in related field and Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligibility for or current Nebraska BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
