Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide remote supervision with about 25% in-person visits to supervise RBTs and ensure high-quality client care. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong administrative support, and flexible scheduling.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with state regulations and payer requirements. The position supports ongoing professional growth through CEUs and recertification

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Maryland LBA active.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload with quality focus.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs as needed.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
