Job summary

Trustonic in Winnersh, United Kingdom, is seeking a Backend Developer to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for Trustonic's cloud platform underpinning secure services for millions of devices worldwide. You'll work with Product, QA, DevOps to shape direction and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions.

You'll develop AWS-based microservices using Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, AppSync, with FastAPI/Flask, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Python-based AWS Lambda experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL and DynamoDB knowledge.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services.
• Develop AWS-based microservices with Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, AppSync.
• Collaborate with QA and Product to improve release quality.
• Lead architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Implement SDLC best practices and production support.
