Job summary

Tate is seeking an Organic Social Media & Content Writer for a B2B agency in Woking, Surrey, with hybrid working (2 office days). You will plan, create and publish organic social content for multiple B2B clients, craft SEO-driven website copy, and collaborate with Creative, Account Management, SEO and Strategy teams using AI tools to boost quality and impact.

The role emphasizes strong copywriting, data-driven optimization and close client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in organic social/content in a B2B marketing agency.
• Experience managing organic social for multiple clients, with planning and reporting.
• Strong B2B content portfolio including website and SEO copy.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and grammar; adaptable tone.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, analytics, and social publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage organic social across multiple B2B client accounts.
• Create content plans and write platform-appropriate LinkedIn copy.
• Own scheduling, approvals, publishing, QA and community management.
• Brief and collaborate with Creative team to produce social assets.
• Review performance and present findings to clients.
• Write website copy, landing pages, SEO articles and thought leadership.
• Research complex subjects by interviewing client experts.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, tone and SEO quality.
• Use AI to improve research, ideation and production.
• Share ideas and best practices across the agency.
