Job summary

Synergy Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join a creative digital team in a hybrid, UK-based role (Norwich/London). You will plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns for B2B clients, gaining exposure across paid social, Google Ads, organic social and performance marketing.

Work closely with digital, client services, design and development teams, supporting reporting, testing and optimisation, with a focus on campaign performance, audience research

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience working on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience running paid social campaigns.
• Some experience with LinkedIn marketing, ideally including paid LinkedIn campaigns.
• Experience supporting or managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of paid search campaign set-up and optimisation.
• Experience analysing and reporting on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns.
• Support organic LinkedIn activity, including posts and campaign assets.
• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, primarily Search.
• Carry out audience and keyword research.
• Write ad copy and support campaign testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and make regular optimisations.
• Use Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4 to track performance.
• Produce client reports with clear performance insights and recommendations.
• Support campaign scheduling, delivery and budget tracking.
• Keep internal teams updated on campaign status and performance.
• Work with design, client services and development teams on campaign requirements.
• Support client proposals, pitches and tenders.
• Identify opportunities to improve website journeys and overall campaign performance.
