Job summary

Reed is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate Azure-based infrastructure supporting our web and digital platforms. You will collaborate with the Digital Engagement team to ensure platform reliability, performance, and security.

The role emphasizes hands-on Azure App Services, VMs, networking, load balancing, and Cloudflare integration, plus DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and DR tactics. Hybrid Swindon arrangement and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, VMs, subnets, load balancing.
• Experience with Cloudflare caching, headers and bot protection.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available environments on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Configure monitoring with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Implement IAM, TLS and other security controls.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation and runbooks.
