Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager for luxury residential audio-visual installations in London. You will oversee planning, scheduling, supplier coordination and client updates, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a premium standard.

Ideal candidates have solid experience in AV and home automation, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management within the Audio Visual or smart home integration industry.
• Strong understanding of residential AV systems and home automation technologies.
• Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Confident communicating with high-end residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential AV and smart home integration projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate installation engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Identify potential project risks and implement solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard meeting client expectations.
• Support and collaborate with the wider project management and engineering teams.
