Job summary

Computershare in Bristol/Edinburgh offers a hybrid role influencing audit, risk, compliance and information security across a global organisation. You will partner with senior leaders and external auditors to drive assurance outcomes while shaping strategic improvements across the business.

You will lead client and external audit assurance activities, navigate regulatory changes, and drive third-party assurance strategy to strengthen trust and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party assurance, audit, risk, and controls.
• Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and facilitation of the client and external audit programmes.
• Manage a team to deliver the EMEA and APACTPA Programme and ensure timely audits.
• Develop, implement and deliver the Third-Party Assurance (TPA) Strategy in line with SOC/ISAE guidance.
• Maintain an efficient process for Client Assurance requests, aligned with policy and procedures.
• Communicate with regional senior management, business heads and clients.
