ProTalent is seeking an Audit Manager in Sittingbourne, Kent for a permanent, full-time hybrid role. You will manage a portfolio of audit clients, from SMEs to larger entities, review files, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll line-manage junior staff, help win new work, and contribute to the growth of the practice within a supportive national group. ACA/ACCA qualifications are required.

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Broad audit experience across a mixed client portfolio.
• Experience line-managing junior staff and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from SMEs to larger entities.
• Run the audit process and review audit files.
• Keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Line manage and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare proposals and assist in pitches for new clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
