Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• MRICS qualification.
• Strong pre-contract experience.
• Business development experience.
• Comfortable managing projects independently.

• Good management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities across Cambridge and London.
• Have autonomy to run own projects and the Quantity Surveying team.
• Work closely with clients on project delivery.
