Job summary

Foster & May in Cambridge is seeking an independent Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit, less corporate team on exciting pre-existing projects across Cambridge and London.

You will have full autonomy to run your own projects and the Quantity Surveying team, with strong client interaction and a clear progression path to director, plus a hybrid working pattern and a competitive package including a salary of £70,000–£80,000, 25 days leave, health insurance, pension, a bonus structure

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• MRICS
• Strong pre contract experience
• Business development experience
• Comfortable managing projects independently

• Good management skills

A close-knit, less corporate Construction Consultancy is seeking an independent Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will support business development activities across the Cambridge and London, whilst also working on exciting pre-existing projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be given the full autonomy to run their own projects, Quantity Surveying team, and the opportunity to work closely with clients.
