Job summary

KBR is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, execution and closure of projects in a hybrid Reading/Bristol/Plymouth environment. You will assist the Project Manager with coordinating activities, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed.

In this role you will help with dashboards, reports and governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and security requirements. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Membership of a relevant professional body, or actively working towards achieving this.

Responsibilities

• Familiarisation with programme and scope of works responsibilities.
• Coordinate resources, teams and stakeholders and track delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboard reports and metrics.
• Document actions and minutes of meetings.
• Inform project team on performance, issues and risks.
• Maintain security requirements and governance, including risk registers.
• Ensure internal processes: document control, SharePoint, action logs.
• Maintain resource trackers and support PMO reporting.
