Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting an Associate for its Manchester Commercial Dispute Resolution team on a permanent, full-time basis with hybrid working. The role offers exposure to high-profile disputes and a collaborative culture across offices, with opportunities for progression and client exposure.

You will manage your own varied caseloads, work on litigation, arbitration and mediation, and contribute to knowledge sharing and development within a national service line.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE and solid commercial dispute resolution background.
• Strong knowledge of litigation principles and willingness to develop client relationships.
• Analytical, well-organised with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the firm's commercial dispute resolution expertise.
• Work on disputes including IT, procurement and restrictive covenant cases.
• Support senior fee earners and participate in business development.
