Job summary

QVC UK is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser (Non-Live Planner) to drive commercial performance across non-live channels through scheduling, product planning and airtime optimisation. The role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.

You will analyse sales, stock and category performance and collaborate with planning, programming and platform teams to optimise schedules and deliver engaging customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Analytical and numerical skills to use data, inventory information and sales trends for commercial decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisation with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience using Excel and other planning or sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly non-live programming schedules to maximise sales, viewer engagement and category performance.
• Select products and build show line-ups using stock, forecasts and commercial insight.
• Prepare show running orders and schedule content in relevant systems; ensure accuracy across programme and airtime planning.
• Monitor performance on a £ per minute basis and suggest schedule changes based on analysis and stock flow.
• Collaborate with Planning, Programming, Platforms and other teams to align schedules and optimise events.
• Analyse sales, stock and programme performance data; present recommendations in meetings.
• Review category mix and channel output to deliver strong customer experience while meeting targets.
