Job summary

Tala is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team and own month-end processes within a fast-growing, digitally driven women’s athleisure brand. You’ll collaborate with outsourced accountants and help deliver accurate management accounts on time.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and progression toward CIMA or ACCA. You’ll partner with buying, merchandising and operations on stock costs and margins.

Qualifications

• P&L, Balance Sheet and double-entry basics.
• 2+ years’ experience in an accounts department.
• Proactive, organized with Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct outsourced accountants on month-end journals and close books to schedule.
• Build sections of the monthly management accounts with commentary.
• Support other departments through close and reporting cycle.
• Maintain stock costs and margin reporting by product and channel.
