Job summary

TALA, a fast-growing women’s athleisure brand, is hiring an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team reporting to Head of Finance. You’ll own day-to-day finance rhythms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness each month.

Based in London with hybrid work, you’ll work with outsourced accounting partners and be a finance partner to merchandising and operations, helping drive cost and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• P&L and balance sheet understanding; double-entry bookkeeping.
• 2+ years in an accounts function is desirable.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and ability to improve processes.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and management accounts work with external accountants.
• Manage payables/receivables and supplier reconciliations (multi-currency).
• Monitor stock costs, landed costs and contribute to margin reporting by channel.
• Maintain audit trails and improve routine financial reporting.
