Job summary

Moore Green Recruitment Ltd is assisting a housing association in the West Midlands to recruit an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a three-month contract. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working from home, and will focus on shaping long-term investment plans.

You will develop 5-, 10- and 30-year programmes, work with asset, housing, finance and procurement teams, and prepare reports for SMT.

Qualifications

• Experience developing asset strategies for 5-, 10- and 30-year investment programmes.
• Knowledge of planned investment and lifecycle maintenance.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with asset software (Total Mobile preferred).
