The Motability Foundation in Harlow is recruiting an Accounts Payable professional on a 10-month fixed-term contract. The role covers purchase invoices, staff expenses, supplier payments, and credit card expenditure, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will work with Sage 200, Proactis and CRM systems, supporting the finance team and ensuring month-end activities are completed to deadline.

Formación

• Previous customer contact experience handling supplier queries by phone.
• Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with Sage 200, CRM systems and P2P systems.
• Experience in a Finance Department and month-end closures.
• Proven purchase ledger experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase invoices on Sage/Proactis/CRM and match to PO.
• Manage monthly Proactis meetings with department managers.
• Resolve invoice queries within SLAs and raise overdue items.
• Reconcile invoice batches and post to Sage; issue sales invoices.
• Handle staff expenses, supplier statements, and payments.
• Maintain CRM / system notes and assist with year-end tasks.
