Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking an ANPR Enforcement Reviewer to support parking, traffic and Clean Air Zone enforcement across the city. You will review CCTV evidence, process cases in ANPR systems and maintain records while delivering responsive customer service.

The role offers a blend of office-based and home-based working with full training provided. You will join a busy team focused on road safety, traffic flow, and environmental goals within a supportive council environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and able to make accurate decisions from evidence.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Clear and professional communication with colleagues and customers.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review CCTV footage, images and evidence related to parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions.
• Process enforcement cases through ANPR enforcement systems.
• Support Clean Air Zone enforcement activities.
• Maintain accurate records for Blue Badge misuse cases.
• Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels.
• Work with generic and specialist software systems.
• Contribute to a high-performing frontline service.
