Job summary

Bupa in London is seeking a Project Manager for the Annual Report to lead the end-to-end delivery of our 2026 Annual Report & Accounts. The role involves coordinating with teams across the business and managing the external design agency to bring the publication to life.

You'll drive the master project plan, track timelines, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget, while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• End-to-end project management experience.
• Experience managing external agencies and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing several workstreams concurrently.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
• Calm, focused and solutions-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master project plan from kick-off through to publication.
• Create and track timelines, milestones, dependencies and key delivery dates.
• Identify risks early and take action to keep the project on track.
• Make sure the Annual Report is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for our design agency, Radley Yeldar.
• Manage agency deliverables, schedules, costs and performance.
• Coordinate review and approval cycles, ensuring feedback is clear and submitted on time.
• Work with content owners across the business to provide clarity on requirements, deadlines and next steps.
• Build strong working relationships that help maintain momentum and accountability.
• Oversee production activities including content flow, design development, proofing and final sign-off.
• Coordinate accessibility, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support both digital and print publication processes.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and decision logs.
• Manage verification and attestation processes with content contributors.
• Capture lessons learned and recommendations to support future reporting cycles.
• Provide additional support on wider corporate communications projects where needed.
