Job summary

Doit is seeking an Android software engineer to build the native Android experience for our AI Finance Agent. You will care about clean user flows, fast performance and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.

You will own Android features in Kotlin, collaborate with product and design to simplify complex journeys, integrate backend APIs, and focus on stability, security and performance while improving app quality through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong Android fundamentals and production app shipping.
• Experience with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern architecture.
• Good mobile UX sense and handling edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design to simplify user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability.
• Improve app performance, crash rate and loading states.
• Use analytics and production issues to improve product.
• Build AI-assisted mobile experiences where they improve user journeys.
