Job summary

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd. is seeking a Dublin-based AML Manager to oversee the AML team, ensure robust controls across onboarding, screening and monitoring, and collaborate with the Luxembourg office for consistency.

You will lead a 10-person AML team, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive regulatory-aligned change while delivering high-quality service in a dynamic financial crime environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in fund administration, investor onboarding and financial crime compliance.
• Experience leading AML teams and managing complex escalations/cases.
• Completed professional qualification such as CAMS/LCI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AML team operations including onboarding, reviews, screening and transaction monitoring.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10, manage performance, capacity and succession planning.
• Manage governance, escalation points, and ensure service quality with stakeholders and regulators.
