Leaders in Care is recruiting an experienced Adult Community Social Worker to join a supportive local authority in the East Midlands. You’ll help adults build on their strengths, maintain independence and access the support they need to live well.

With up to two days working from home each week, flexible hours and regular supervision, you’ll have opportunities to work independently while staying connected to your team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• At least three years’ post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Complete strengths-based Care Act assessments, reviews and support plans.
• Coordinate care and community support to promote independence.
• Undertake complex adult safeguarding work.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and contribute to best interests decisions.
• Support Court of Protection work where required.
• Share your experience and support junior colleagues.
