Job summary

ITV is seeking an Accounts Payable Ledger Specialist on a fixed-term contract in Manchester, with hybrid work (2 days in the office). You will manage the AP ledger, ensure timely payments, and maintain vendor accounts.

In this analytical role, you will reconcile large data volumes, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements across P2P processes. The position reports to the AP Manager and runs until November 2027.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an Accounts Payable team with end-to-end AP workflows.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Proven ability to analyse data and drive process improvements.
• Experience in SSC/GBS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for supplier inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate payment delays.
• Review GRNI balances and process corrections and refunds.
• Generate payable reports and close month-end ledgers on time.
• Support audits with data analytics and documentation.
• Partner with Global Process Owner to implement improvements.
