Job summary

Dolphin Computer Access Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Controller and keep our data accurate across accounts, payroll, reporting, and budgets.

You will help manage the purchase ledger, accounts receivable, ecommerce payments, and monthly close deadlines within a collaborative finance team. You will also maintain documentation on SharePoint, assist with variance analysis, and contribute to forecasting while delivering high‑quality data for leadership

Qualifications

• Understanding of double entry.
• Proven track record in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is preferred.
• AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of the accounts, HR and administration function to ensure timely processing of data.
• Accounts receivable
• Administration of Ecommerce payments
• Purchase ledger and Employee Expenses
• Processing and allocating bank transactions
• Payroll
• Quarterly royalty reporting
• Support month end processes (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, balance sheet reconciliations)
• Sales reporting and commission
• Assist with departmental budget and forecast variance analysis
• Maintain process documentation on SharePoint in line with company document control process
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team and Senior Leadership team as required
