Pro-Finance is seeking an Accounting Services Manager in Manchester to lead outsourced accounting and advisory services for a diverse client base, from national enterprises to multinationals. Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience gained within practice or professional services.
• Excellent Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements.
• Supporting clients with outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping and periodic management accounts.
• Providing accounting support on secondment where clients require additional resource.
• Managing the preparation and coordination of statutory financial statements for cross-border groups.
• Advising clients on statutory accounting compliance requirements.
• Supporting improvements to the statutory financial statement cycle, including production, audit and filing.
• Supervising and coaching junior team members while ensuring high quality delivery on engagements.
• Managing client relationships and delivering work within tight deadlines.
