Job summary

Pro-Finance in Manchester is seeking an Accounting Services Manager for its growing team. You will lead preparation and review of statutory financial statements, support outsourced accounting services, and assist cross-border group reporting.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in practice or professional services.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements.
• Support outsourced accounting services including bookkeeping and management accounts.
• Provide accounting support on secondments as needed.
• Coordinate statutory statements for cross-border groups.
• Advise on statutory accounting compliance requirements.
• Improve statutory financial statement cycle, including production, audit and filing.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and meet deadlines.
