Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day activities for client marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will communicate with clients and internal teams to track progress, secure approvals, and manage budgets and timelines.

The role requires a scientific degree with marketing/economics specialization and about two years of industry experience, along with fluent English and strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with marketing/economics background.
• 2 years' experience in the industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to deliver client marketing programs.
• Communicate with clients and internal project teams to share status and changes.
• Build relationships with clients based on trust and credibility.
• Lead creative development from briefs to approvals, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Prepare agendas, decks, and follow-up communications for meetings.
• Analyse program results and suggest improvements to enhance impact.
