IMT Resourcing Solutions is recruiting a 1st Line IT Engineer for a hybrid role in Salisbury, supporting a key customer from the Salisbury office. You will provide hands-on 1st line support across macOS, Google Workspace and identity management, while owning service desk activities.

You’ll lead on-site activities, manage escalations, and contribute to KPI-driven service reviews, ensuring high-quality customer service and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st line IT support in-house or MSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace administration.
• Exposure to identity management platforms (Okta or similar).
• Experience leading or supporting a technical team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical support across email and phone within SLAs.
• Log, manage and progress incidents and requests in the ITSM tool.
• Troubleshoot macOS, Google Workspace and identity management issues.
• Manage support queues, prioritise incidents and update users.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams or suppliers as needed.
• Support on-site team, conduct 1:1s and development conversations.
