• Shape category strategy and improve procurement strategies for HVDC equipment and services.
• Drive supply chain insight by tracking capacity, lead times, and market trends.
• Influence stakeholders across engineering, finance, and commercial teams to align delivery with strategy.
• Provide strategic assurance through portfolio and project reviews on readiness and risk.
• Deliver high-quality analysis with clear, data-driven documents and models.
• Build capability within a growing category team and promote consistent ways of working.
