Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Industrialisation Engineer to steer the industrialisation of HVDC and FACTS valves, bridging R&D and full-scale production. You will manage NPI and international manufacturing footprint expansions, driving DFx reviews and end-to-end equipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading technical projects in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with assembly and test processes for electronic/mechanical products.
Strong project management, facilitation and team-leading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP preferred.
Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

Drive the NPI and manufacturing footprint expansions, including the physical transfer of production capabilities to international sites.
Lead teams and suppliers to meet project milestones, including time, cost, and quality objectives.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of production line equipment from strategy to commissioning.
Lead DFx reviews, define manufacturing build strategies, and ensure robust documentation.
Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Define and implement manufacturing business systems (QMS, SAP, Hermes, Maximo).
Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing and technical development.
