Job summary

Empro Group is seeking a HVAP Shift Technician in London for the Data Centre division. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety and high standards while coordinating with the Engineering Supervisor and Shift Leader.

The role requires HV Authorisation, Level 3 NVQ, wiring regs certification, first aid, and experience in critical environments. Continental shift, competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Facilities maintenance experience in critical environments.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current Wiring Regulations certificate and Emergency First Aid qualification.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work continental shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Manage Permit to Work system and maintain records.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safe working environment.
• Supervise subcontractors and liaise with staff and clients.
• Support incident management and uphold customer service standards.
