HVAC Project Manager

As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact installation jobs from concept to completion — delivering on time, to the highest standards, and with a focus on exceptional client satisfaction. This role is within a financially backed business serving clients in the data centre and AI sectors, and is a global leader in cooling systems for the commercial and industrial markets.

As an HVAC PM, you'll manage contractors, lead site surveys, and oversee installations on-site, typically once a week. Flexibility to travel across the South East is essential. This is a pivotal role in exciting projects, offering recognition and career growth within a supportive team environment.

Your Role As HVAC Project Manager:

1. Organise or conduct site surveys for accurate quotes
2. Manage contractors, including health & safety, training, and performance reviews
3. Office-based role with work-from-home flexibility

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical & electrical installations (building service equipment)
• Experience with installations of capital equipment
• Experience working with contractors, quoting, and delivering installation projects
