As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact installation projects from concept to completion—delivering on time, to the highest standards, and with a focus on exceptional client satisfaction. This is a financially backed business with clients in the data centre and AI space, and is a leading manufacturer of cooling systems within the commercial and industrial sectors.

As an HVAC Project Manager, your responsibilities will include managing contractors, leading site surveys, and overseeing installations on-site—typically once a week. Flexibility to travel across the South East is essential. Your Role as HVAC Project Manager:

1. Organize or conduct site surveys to generate accurate quotes.
2. Manage contractors, including health & safety, training, and performance reviews.
3. This is an office-based role with work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in mechanical & electrical installations (building service equipment).
• Experience with installations of capital equipment.
• Experience working with contractors, quoting, and delivering installation projects.
