Job summary

Nexos Group in Aberdeen is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead project delivery and drive operational excellence across the HVAC unit.

You will manage technical and commercial estimating, oversee engineering and third-party services, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality results for leading clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HVAC management, operations, or project delivery role.
• Strong experience estimating and managing HVAC work scopes.
• Good knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• A track record of successfully delivering projects and achieving commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of HVAC projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing technical and commercial estimating activities.
