Job summary

Our client in Birmingham City Centre seeks an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to service two flagship stores. You will spend 75% of your time on the tools delivering planned and reactive maintenance, with 25% focusing on building strong client relationships.

You will act as the FM's number 2 for the London part of the contract and must have a proven client-facing track record, solid HVAC qualifications, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC qualification (City & Guilds, F Gas or similar).
• Proven track record in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and multiskilled technical background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain two flagship stores in Birmingham with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Deliver hands-on engineering work 75% of the time; remaining time to develop client relationships.
• Operate as FM's number 2 for the London portion of the contract.
