Job summary

Ventaco is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Epsom. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance across domestic and commercial systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

You’ll diagnose faults, perform repairs, and communicate findings clearly to customers and the Ventaco team, supporting both domestic and commercial environments with high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Air Conditioning Service or Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong experience with split and multi-split systems.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration circuits, controls and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine servicing, cleaning and performance checks.
• Diagnose faults and identify causes; carry out minor repairs.
• Check refrigerant systems and identify leaks or performance issues.
• Maintain service and maintenance records accurately.
