Lead HVAC Install Technician

Due to continuous growth and a REAL excellent reputation, Real HVAC Services, who has been serving Delmarva since 2007, providing prompt, quality heating, cooling and plumbing services for homes and businesses is looking to add aLead HVAC Service Technician to our team!!

Description

Responsibilities Include:

1. Ability to oversee installation from start to finish
2. Perform install of all types of HVAC equipment
3. Ability to work with metal duct, duct board, black pipe, flexible gas piping
4. Experienced in natural gas/propane furnaces, and heat pump installations
5. Experience with traditional water heaters and tankless water heaters
6. Implement preventative maintenance measures
7. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
8. Complete inspections of job sites with Project Manager, as applicable
9. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
10. Perform other maintenance duties, as requested

Qualifications:

1. Experience in operating a variety of equipment and hand tools
2. EPA certification (or able to complete training & certification)
3. Effective written and oral communication skills
4. Able to work well with minimal supervision
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
