Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation Engineer in the United Kingdom to install split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and DX HVAC systems at customer sites. You will travel to client locations for installations and commissioning, delivering high quality work while meeting project timelines and budgets.

The role requires full HVAC installation experience, a valid F-GAS Cat 1, and willingness to travel/work away.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full HVAC installation (pipework, bracketry, cabling).
F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification.
Experience with major manufacturers (Daikin, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric, Airedale).
Knowledge of DX, Split VRF/VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant.
Experience commissioning HVAC equipment.
Ability to interpret technical documents (electrical schemes, piping diagrams).
Full UK driving license.
IT skills (recording details in LD-Control platform via iPad).
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Work as part of the VRF Installation Team, delivering projects on time and within budget
Adhere to company and legal requirements, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Prioritise Health & Safety compliance at all times
Install HVAC equipment and pipework according to defined processes and timelines
Support various projects, including working away when required
