Overview:

We re currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client looking to bring an experienced HVAC Installation Engineer into their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on engineer who s confident working nationwide on a range of commercial HVAC installation projects.

The ideal candidate will be based in Burnley or the wider North West, with the flexibility to travel and stay overnight where required. In return, the company offers a competitive package, full support, and consistent opportunities to earn well through overtime and varied project work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out full installation of HVAC systems (including ductwork, AHUs, pipework, and associated plant)
• Work across commercial, retail, industrial and specialist environments nationwide
• Read and work from technical drawings and schematics
• Ensure all installations meet safety, compliance and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installations
• Liaise with site contacts and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Travel and overnight stays as required (accommodation and expenses fully covered)

What We re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 3 years experience in HVAC installation
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• Relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in HVAC, Refrigeration or Plumbing
• F-Gas certification preferred but not essential
• Comfortable with nationwide travel and staying away from home during the week
• Must provide own hand tools (specialist equipment provided)
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
