e are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unity Installations Engineer to join our Global Unity Installations team. This role involves carrying out the installation of Elekta Unity systems, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

This is a home-based role, and we are open to consider applications from the United Kingdom, Poland, Portugaland Spain.

What you’ll do at Elekta

Would you like to be part of our driven global team, where we aim to attract and invite the best competences to Elekta? We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our Service and Order Fulfilment Team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partner organizations, e.g., Philips Healthcare, to ensure seamless communication and corrective action of suppliers' subsystems, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Successfully complete complex system installations and performance checks, achieving high satisfaction levels of both external & internal customers.

  • Support the local site manager in all in-country site identification, site surveying, and site feasibility.

  • Support the room building site planning/site preparation programs.

  • Support the project management in fine-tuning the project schedule on a site-by-site basis.

  • Ensure site readiness, including infrastructure, logistics, and safety compliance.

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance on all sites.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues swiftly to avoid disruptions.

  • Provide training to other staff.

  • Follow Elekta’s quality and safety policies at all times.

  • Represent Elekta in a professional and positive manner.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

What you bring

  • Excellent knowledge and proven skills in electronics, mechanics, PCs and servers, networking, high vacuum, high/low voltage & current, diagnostic equipment, and a general knowledge of all engineering disciplines.

  • Excellent knowledge of and compliance with safe working practices within a Magnetic Resonance Imaging field environment.

  • Ability to fault-find and repair at board level.

  • Ability to manage own workload, be highly motivated, dynamic, and have good leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven project and site management skills.

  • Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills.

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience servicing or installing complex capital equipment

  • Proven ability to manage own environment and complete the tasks deployed to them

  • Self-starting, pro-active, demonstrable drive and commitment to Elekta & the task in hand

  • Clean Driving License

  • Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 75%
