Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd, in partnership with a leading HVAC contractor, seeks an Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineer to install, commission, and fault-find residential AC systems around Cambridge and nearby Bedfordshire/London areas.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years' experience, F-Gas Cat 1, and full UK driving licence. Role includes a company van, travel pay, overtime, and training opportunities within a growing HVAC division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in air conditioning installation and fault finding.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification is required.
• Experience installing split and multi-split air conditioning systems.
• CSCS card, PASMA, IPAF, etc. are desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install domestic air conditioning systems including split, multi-split and small VRF systems.
• Carry out first and second fix installation works.
• Commission newly installed air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose, service and repair faults on a wide range of air conditioning equipment.
• Possible some commercial work in addition to domestic.
